Killnet claims attack on the public power corporation of Greece and the television network “Mega TV”

On November 12, 2022, the pro-Russian hacktivist group KillNet claimed to have attacked two Greek organisations. 

The first is the national energy agency that produces and distributes electricity throughout the country. KillNet claims to have launched a DDoS attack on the organisation's most important pages, as well as the company's VPN connection access. This is unusual for the KillNet group, which usually only carries out DDoS attacks. 

The second organisation targeted by a DDoS attack was the TV network "MegaTV". However, its website is still accessible; so more details will be needed to determine the nature of the damage or whether the attack simply failed.
