Lockbit ransomware gang hit the Portuguese municipal water utility Aguas do Porto

According to a report dated February 20, 2023, ransomware group LockBit has successfully hacked Aguas do Porto, a Portuguese municipal water company. The group is threatening to release the stolen data and has added the municipal water company to its list of victims on its Tor leak site, setting a deadline of March 7, 2023. The company's services were impacted by the cyber attack, but water supply and sanitation were not affected.
