Secure Messaging
Citadel Team supports the creation of open chat rooms within the organisation, accommodating up to 10,000 users, or private rooms by invitation for exchanging sensitive information with end-to-end encryption.
One-to-one chat lets you communicate internally or with partners on all connected devices. Furthermore, the ability to send messages and share all types of files without limitations (up to 200 MB per file) enriches the user experience.
Granular management of the user base and customizable notification preferences are also important features of Citadel Team, as is the automated distribution of information through bots, alerts and other media.
Secure Calls
Encrypted HD telephony enables you to make completely secure calls from any location. Your calls are encrypted from end to end using robust cryptographic techniques. Secure calls allow you to talk to users using secure telephony. This feature is compatible with Android or iOS using Push notification technologies from Apple (APNS) and Google (GCM) platforms.
Audio and video conferencing
The solution enables you to schedule, initiate or join a conference effortlessly from any device. There are no restrictions on the number or duration of sessions, whether via audio or video conference. Note that both audio and video conferences are accessible to participants both inside and outside your organisation.
