Thales Cyber Solutions (TCS-CERT) is providing securit incident responses services to Thales Customers primarily based in Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherland.

A Computer Security Incident Response Team (CISRT) is dedicated to protecting organizations from cyber threats by identifying, containing, and eliminating security incidents. Just as emergency preparedness reduces risks in a crisis, a well-structured response plan strengthens an organization's ability to detect, manage, and mitigate cyber intrusions effectively.

TCS-CERT is composed of highly experienced security experts who can handle sophisticated attacks and threats, whether they are cyber-criminal attempting to ransom network or Advanced Persistant Threat (APT) exfiltrating corporate data.

Mission statement

TCS-CERT is the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) of Thales Cyber Solutions Belgium and Thales Cyber Solutions Luxembourg.

TCS-CERT can manage security incidents or second customer team when such incidents occur.

TCS-CERT was formerly named CERT-XLM until 2025.

Confidentiality statement

In view of the types of information that TCS-CERT deals with, phone communication will be considered sufficiently secure to be used even unencrypted.

Unencrypted e-mail are not particularly secure but will be sufficient for the transmission of low-sensitivity data.

To send highly sensitive data (i.e. information classified as Confidential) by e-mail, encryption (preferably PGP) must be used. All e-mail or data communication originating from TCS-CERT will be digitally signed, using either the generic PGP key mentioned below, or the CERT team members' own signature keys available in the RFC 2350 document.
