A worldwide footprint reinforced by some acquisitions
To address the growing demands for enhanced detection capabilities and managed services among our clients, we strategically expanded our business through key acquisitions. In 2022, we acquired S21Sec and Excellium, two leading specialists in cybersecurity consulting, auditing, integration, managed services and incident response, strengthening our position in Europe, with a local presence across the Iberian and Belux regions.
Both companies bring outstanding industrial know-how and extensive expertise in supporting critical operators, particularly in the fields of detection and incident response through Security Operations Centres (SOCs).
Building on this momentum, we broadened our global footprint in 2023 with the acquisition of Tesserent, one of Australia and New Zealand’s foremost cybersecurity companies. Renowned for its work within government and defence, Tesserent provides robust and comprehensive solutions to organisations.
