Five Limburg municipalities hit by cyber attack

Five municipalities in South Limburg were recently hit by a cyber attack. In the process, the administration of the social domain was locked down.

As a result, data about social security benefits, youth care, the Social Support Act and energy allowances were no longer accessible. Meanwhile, the problem has been solved. According to the municipalities, no data have been stolen.
